What languages do you code in?
ASP .NET, ASP, PHP, C#, VB – in addition to HTML, JavaScript, XML
What type of databases do you work with?
Primarily MS SQL Server 2005 as well as MS Access, FileMaker Pro, Oracle, FoxPro, iMIS and others.
Do you provide hosting?
Yes. We offer both website hosting on our Windows 2003 or Windows 2008 servers and colocation.
What is your guaranteed uptime?
99.9% uptime. Reports can be provided upon request.
Do you provide graphic design services?
Yes. We have in-house graphic designers with over 20 years of experience.
How do you manage versioning?
Version control is handled using Microsoft Source Safe. All modifications and new additions are committed to Source Safe on a regular basis, allowing the retrieval of a file from practically any point in the development cycle.
What naming convention(s) do you use?
CamelCase
What are your testing procedures?
Unit and regression testing are performed in order to maintain the quality throughout the lifetime of the project. UI tests are performed using the Watin testing framework, which allows site interaction to be tested automatically, so that manual testing is not required after every build.
How do you handle any issues that may arise after a project is completed?
We provide free coding of any scope-related programming bugs discovered up to 60 days after project completion.
